About the Role:
Are you a Senior Architect with a passion for sustainable design and innovative solutions Were hiring on behalf of a leading zerocarbon building specialist based in West London offering an exciting opportunity to join their team and take a handson role in creating modular energyefficient homes. This practice is renowned for their pioneering volumetric modular approach to residential design combining cuttingedge sustainability with practicality to deliver highquality netzero carbon homes.
As a Senior Architect youll work alongside a skilled inhouse architectural team guiding projects from feasibility through to planning and delivery. Youll be instrumental in crafting bespoke modular housing solutions that minimize onsite disruption and optimize environmental performance using a fabric first approach. With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability you ll help drive positive change in the built environment while contributing to the success of awardwinning projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of modular housing projects ensuring they meet national space standards and sustainability targets.

Use Revit to create detailed architectural designs manage project documentation and collaborate effectively with the wider team.

Work closely with clients to develop bespoke solutions that meet their specific needs budget and timeline.

Oversee the entire project lifecycle from early feasibility to planning and construction.

Apply the fabric first methodology to optimize energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects promoting a culture of collaboration and professional development.

Ensure compliance with relevant standards codes and regulations in the design and delivery of projects.

Contribute to the development of innovative costeffective solutions that reduce onsite disruption and enhance the built environment.
Key Requirements:

ARBregistered Architect with a strong portfolio in residential or modular design.

Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.

Experience in delivering projects within the modular or residential sectors with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency.

Strong understanding of netzero carbon design principles and fabric first construction methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage client relationships and guide projects to successful completion.

Ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff.
