Tasks
In this role youll take the lead on crossfunctional R&D projects that span devices software and assays. Youll work closely with internal experts and external partners to bring new technologies to life managing timelines coordinating resources and ensuring that everything stays on track.
Youll act as the central point of contact bringing structure and clarity to fastpaced often ambiguous environments. Whether its facilitating collaboration across teams navigating risk or ensuring quality and compliance youre the one making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Youll also play a key role in preparing project documentation and supporting the transition from development to manufacturing always keeping the bigger picture in mind.
Requirements
Youve got a strong background in a scientific or technical field ideally a Masters or PhD and 25 years of experience managing R&D projects ideally in the life science tools diagnostics or medtech space.
Youre comfortable with complexity familiar with areas like bioimaging or biomedical devices and have a solid understanding of project management methods. Certifications like PMP or experience with Agile/Lean are a plus but what really matters is your ability to keep things moving even when things are evolving.
Youre handson communicative solutionoriented and you know how to balance the big picture with the daytoday.
