Job Summary:
The International Sales Manager will be responsible for driving global sales expanding market reach and managing distributor networks. This role requires expertise in B2B sales strategic market development and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales and a deep understanding of global trade dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in international markets.
- Identify and tap into new business opportunities across Middle East Africa and Southeast Asia.
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to create regionspecific campaigns and promotional materials.
Client & Distributor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients distributors and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and terms to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries manage expectations and resolve salesrelated issues efficiently.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Utilize CRM software to monitor leads pipeline and closed sales.
- Prepare sales forecasts budgets and performance reports for senior management.
- Provide market feedback to contribute to product development and improvement.
Industry Engagement & Logistics Coordination
- Represent the company at industry trade shows exhibitions and networking events.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and costeffective product delivery.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven ability to meet or exceed international sales targets.
- Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics pricing strategies and OEM sales lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in exports 34 years of international posting preferred).
- Preferred industry experience in OTC Medical Devices Healthcare FMCG or Surgical Products.
- Managed an export turnover of at least 25 Cr annually.
- Last designation: Manager Exports.
- Willingness to travel internationally 810 days per month)
