Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to potential and existing customers promoting and selling our financial products. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers addressing their queries and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our financial products including loans insurance investments etc.
- Customer Interaction: Effectively communicate with customers address their queries and provide relevant information.
- Sales and Lead Generation: Achieve sales targets and generate quality leads for the sales team.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales and leads in our CRM system.
- ProblemSolving: Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.

- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in collections, customer service, or a related field ( Freshers can also apply ) Strong understanding of collection laws and regulations (e.g., FDCPA, TCPA). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 1 Proficient in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations. Excellent listening skills and empathy towards customers.
