Deloitte is excited to share a unique entrylevel opportunity designed to help people looking for their first role within Financial Services. We re looking for graduates wanting to start a career in the sector.
The Deloitte Banking Operations Academy is an intensive twoweek training programme. Our experienced team use a combination of virtual and inperson training to prepare candidates for roles within Banking Operations and Banking Operations Technology.
The training will take place between 23rd June to 4th July 2025 and will be a hybrid of virtual and inperson sessions in London. Candidates must be available to attend the training in full. This will be held during office hours of 9am to 6pm.
The academy covers subjects such as:
Financial Market Infrastructure (including Regulations)
Trade Lifecycle
Asset Classes (including Derivatives Equities FX and Interest Rates)
People and Presentation Skills
Business Analysis (BA)
A.I.
Excel
Introduction to
o SQL
o Agile
o Python
o Automation Tools
o Dashboarding and BI
To be eligible for this opportunity you will need:
An undergraduate degree or graduating in 2025
