MGT Ednetics is currently looking to fill a fulltime Warehouse Coordinator position in our Kent Washington location. This position on our team oversees the logistics and operations for the regional warehouse. Primary responsibilities include receiving loading and unloading shipments. This role will also be responsible for maintaining the warehouse in a clear and organized manner while implementing the company inventory management process. This position must be present inwarehouse for the entire scheduled work week. This position requires basic computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software and processes. A successful individual must also have good verbal and written communication skills.

In this role your essential duties and responsibilities are:

• Receives loads and unloads materials.
• Packs ships and tracks materials.
• Coordinates all parcel and freight shipments.
• Coordinates the return of materials.
• Issues materials from the warehouse to customer projects.
• Maintains the warehouse in a neat clean organized and safe manner.
• Utilizes inventory management process.
• Completes facility maintenance tasks including light bulb replacement parking lot and sidewalk maintenance HVAC filter replacement and other tasks.
• Maintains fleet vehicles including oil changes preventative maintenance and other tasks.
• Proactively seeks additional tasks and assists other departments. Perform additional tasks as needed.
• Operates a forklift.
• Ability to lift 70 pounds.
• Be present inwarehouse 100% of the scheduled work week. Home office opportunities are not available with this position.
• Travel at <5% overall possible.

WHAT YOULL BRING:

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Excellent people and communication skills both written and verbal i.e. ability to read comprehend and respond to simple instructions short correspondence and emails to interpret things like packing slips or to verify its validity with purchase of equipment.
• Strong organizational skills. Resourceful and flexible to job needs.
• Certification or training in equipment operation and safety.
• Ability to effectively present information in oneonone or small group situations and understand technological terms in relation to enterprise networks.
• Contribute to the organizations goals by providing the highest quality of service treating each person professionally with warmth courtesy and respect and making a personal effort to make vendors feel they are a valuable partner and are important to MGT Ednetics success.
• No prior experience necessary.
