Position Type: Hybrid
Hybrid/Onsite Schedule: 12 days onsite
Contract Length: 3 months
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented Data Analyst with strong SQL skills and experience working with Microsoft Dataverse to support postmigration data quality efforts. Following the successful migration from SQL Server to Dataverse this role will focus on reconciling records identifying data inconsistencies and performing cleanup tasks to ensure the integrity and usability of data in the new environment.
Duties:
Conduct data cleanup validation and normalization within the Dataverse environment
Use SQL queries to analyze and compare records between legacy SQL systems and the Dataverse platform
Perform data reconciliation to confirm the accuracy and completeness of migrated data identifying and resolving discrepancies
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business rules and define expected data standards
Develop scripts and tools to automate data quality checks and support ongoing data hygiene
Document findings and cleanup activities to ensure transparency and audit readiness
Assist in building reports and views in Dataverse and Power BI to support data quality monitoring and operational needs
Support data governance initiatives and contribute to improved data management practices
Required Skills:
At least 3 years of experience writing and optimizing SQL queries
Minimum of 2 years of handson experience with Microsoft Dataverse
At least 2 years of experience building and managing reports in Power BI
Minimum of 2 years of experience analyzing large datasets for insights and data quality
At least 1 year of experience using Power Automate for workflow automation
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with KingswaySoft and/or SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
