Position: Fulltime
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:45 AM 4:30PM
Wage: $20.7522/hour
Training Wage: $18/hour

Day to day as a Autism SpecialistBehavior Tech
As a FullTime Autism SpecialistBehavior Tech at Hills & Dales youll play a crucial role in implementing customized programs designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your missiondriven focus will help clients achieve their goals enhancing social skills managing behaviors and developing vital communication techniques such as waiting strategies play speaking and asking skills. Youll embrace creativity adapting learning methods to meet each childs unique communication style while enjoying the opportunity to transport clients on exciting outings.
Collecting data maintaining progress notes and adhering to documentation requirements will be integral to your role ensuring accountability in our services. Join our energetic team to make a genuine impact in the lives of children while thriving in a flexible clientcentered environment!
