We are seeking a reliable and wellorganized Office Receptionist to join our team in Columbus OH. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors the Office Receptionist will play a key role in representing our company with professionalism and courtesy. This position requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area ensuring it is clean and organized
Receive sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
Handle general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
