SS&C Eze is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join the Eze OMS team based out of our Boston headquarters. Ezes awardwinning Investment Suite features a set of integrated applications that provide bestinclass asset management functionality to streamline the investment lifecycle. Our applications can be combined together for a seamless fronttoback workflow used standalone or integrated with other thirdparty systems. As a Software Engineer on the OMS you will work on a team consisting of a Product Manager QA Scrum Master and other Software Engineers. The ideal candidate has a passion for software development a commitment to quality is eager to learn and innovate has excellent analytical skills and can communicate effectively with teammates.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Provide technical leadership and mentor/coach other engineers.
- Develop highquality code on schedule based on a technical design.
- Design and implement underlying data and domain models for applications and services to be scalable and maintainable
- Identify improvements and participate in innovating our tools and services
- Provide operational support for critical production issues
- Master the domain knowledge and be the expert in the areas the team owns
What You Will Bring:
- 8 Years of experience in programming and software development
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET coding languages (C# experience preferred)
- Deep understanding of OOD/P and its application
- Experience with API Architecting and Development
- Experience with Public or Private Cloud Development
- Proficient in SQL (SQL Server experience preferred)
- Experience providing technical leadership design advice and mentoring other engineers
- Fluency in various Design Patterns. How to use them why to use them and when to use them.
- Fluency in algorithmic thinking and problem solving
- Active interest in new technology and emerging engineering practices
