The Opportunity: As Business Development Manager your focus will be 100% on new business generation. This is a proactive outbound sales role where youll be identifying and converting new opportunities across air sea and road freight.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and secure new business through cold calling outreach and networking
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of freight forwarding prospects
Build and maintain relationships to maximise longterm value
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Represent the business with professionalism confidence and drive
What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience with a strong track record of winning new business
Experience in freight forwarding (air sea and/or road) is essential
Confident communicator with natural rapportbuilding skills
Selfstarter who thrives in a resultsdriven environment
Strong commercial awareness resilience and organisational skills
Ability to manage a structured pipeline and spot new opportunities
