Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following.
Ensure proper hygiene uniform and etiquette standards of self and staff
Assists manager in competency of budgeting and forecasting labor as assigned
Ensures adequate inventories and par levels of all products as assigned
Ability to properly train and motivate staff on a daily basis
Ability to recruit interview and hire the most qualified candidate as assigned
Exhibits competency in opening managing and closing operation as scheduled
Ensures adherence to safety and sanitation standards
Monitors guest satisfaction daily through direct and indirect interaction strategies
Properly communicates pertinent information effectively
Exhibits proper knowledge of industry trends and hotel information
Ability to hold self and subordinates accountable
Adherence and support of hotel policies and procedures
Proactively and professionally handles stressful situations effectively
Exhibits proper job knowledge and competency of all positions within the department
Attends all required training seminars and staff meetings
