Masters Level Therapist (MSW)

The Position:Our client is looking for a Masters Level Therapist health professional to join their team in the forensics adult or crisis departments The Client is offering the following benefits and compensation:

Requirements:
- Masters degree required in social work counseling family therapy or closely related field; may be licensed as a clinical social worker family therapist or mental health counselor.
- Licensure not required Licensed or license eligible preferred
- Experience working with adults in need of mental health services and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Monday Friday 8am 5pm)
- This position provides individual group and family counseling services.
- Provides services that are consistent with the program methodology and in conformance with all program standards. Demonstrates flexibility in support of the overall mission of the agency on a countywide basis.
- Provides services in a manner that encourages the increase of social support and the use of natural support systems for individuals and families served.
- Provides therapy services which are culturally component strength based and Solution Focused and respond to the goals set by the individual or family needing and requesting counseling services.
- Provides solutionfocused therapy that is consistent with evidence based practiced. Use respectful and strengthbased words and actions with individuals and families. Discusses individuals and families with supervisors and peers in an appropriate manner.
- Assists individuals and families in developing specific measurable attainable realistic and time bound goal planning.
- Be able to recognize and apply interventions or appropriate referrals to address a CoOccurring diagnosis.
- Meets productivity standard of 60 and a minimum of 100 client hours per month.
- Accomplishes individual goals.
