In the Relationship Specialist role you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of financial services with the ability to advance as you gain new experiences.
Our Relationship Specialists are responsible for processing cash transactions opening depositsavingsand credit card accounts and discussing loan and retirement importantlyRelationship Specialists build meaningful relationships with our members to discover their needs and provide asuperiorlevelofcustomer serviceand expertise.

The Float RS will be responsible for floating throughout the Florida store network.
This position will primarily support theWesley Chapel New Tampa Brandon and Bloomingdale stores.
Competitive pay starting at $20.50/hr depending on experience plus $3.00/hr premium pay.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated customer serviceskills
- Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievementand strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
- Basic math skills
- Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanishis a plus)
- Working knowledge of Windowsbased PC products
Physical Demands
- Ability tosee and hearwriteand speak English
- Ability totype repetitive keystrokes
- Ability tosit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally move freely (standing stooping walking bendingpushingand pulling) and lift up to a maximum of25pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation

- This position is inperson. Youll thrive in the energetic environment of our retail stores.
- As part of your week you will travel between various Grow locations.
- In this role youll participate in Saturday coverage rotation with flexible availability required.
