Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Commercial Loan Underwriter to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of experience underwriting commercial loans and demonstrate strong negotiation interpersonal and timemanagement abilities.
You must be comfortable working under pressure and possess excellent writing and communication skills. Proficiency in Word and Excel is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and underwrite commercial loan applications
- Assess risk and make sound credit decisions
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Ensure timely processing and documentation of loans
- Negotiate terms with borrowers and third parties
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial loan underwriting experience
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and efficient under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fulltime availability
Location: New Jersey
Salary: $100000$125000 Commission
