TheDepartment of Human Resources (DHR)seeks twoSenior Human Resources (Sr HR) Analyststo join the Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who is passionate about talent acquisition training and data. The Talent Acquisition team provides support to the 16K employees through collaboration with 19 separate (internal) Human Resource agencies. Reporting to the Talent Team Supervisor the successful candidates will leverage their knowledge and experience in collaboration with agencies to ensure that we have standardized recruitment and selection practices that are candidate friendly efficient and conducted with an equity lens.Knowledge of:
Work Schedule
This position is exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and not overtimeeligible. Employees are paid on a biweekly schedule every other Thursday comprising a 40hour workweek normally 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Teleworking Requirement:
The work associated with this position will be performed through telework onsite work and meetings.Frequency of onsite work will vary based on business and operational needs.The primary onsite location is King Street Center 201 S. Jackson Seattle Washington 98104. Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksiteto respond to workplace reporting requirements.
