The Resident Maintenance Site Planner will be responsible for the overall asset management work planning and spare parts inventory at our Salt Lake City UT site. Moreover this role involves supervising and disseminating facilities performance indicators to the management team and supporting in understanding the data. This position will perform spare parts audits as vital.
May craft procedures processes techniques or other applications that may be applied across work groups.
Manages parts and supplies usage and requests.
Manages inventory including physical and cycle counts.
Works with Maintenance software for reports and trends.
Works with customer procurement directly for ordering.
Provide general administration support to senior leaders.
Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them.
What We Are Looking For:
Education High School diploma or equivalent experience required. Vocation/technical training or an associates degree is preferred.
Typically 5 years of successful experience in the area of responsibility and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities as presented above.
Able to evaluate and analyze system/equipment performance data perform root cause analysis and lead resolution of designperformance issues.
Experience (3 years) working with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes
Data analysis experience in a facilities maintenance program specifically in asset management and spare parts optimization
Reporting on issues and presenting resolutions to upper management
Customer service and project management experience within a warehouse environment
Confirmed written and verbal communication skills
Hardworking organized and able to work in a fastpaced team environment.
Advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)
