cFocus Software seeks a Senior NTIRA Contract Technical Lead to join our program supporting the US Navy. This position is onsite in Suffolk VA. This position requires a Secret clearance.
Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance
Bachelors degree in in Computer Science Information Systems or other Engineering discipline
10 years of experience providing software development and systems administration support in a webbased distributed environment including the ability to design code test and implement custom web applications and systems.
Experience managing progressively more complex and/or multiple technical programs/projects and responsible for management and control of cost schedules performance and personnel communicating and interfacing with customers for specific tasks with specific knowledge and experience in cloudbased environments
Active DoD IAT II/III certification
Duties:
Manage the operational aspects of the program including system administration cybersecurity and service desk functions.
Engage directly with the Government to discuss program plans project statuses and risk management strategies.
Work closely with the Development Lead to ensure alignment between development and operational efforts facilitating effective communication and integration.
Oversee the deployment configuration and maintenance of software systems to ensure they are secure efficient and compliant with DOD and DON standards.
Provide technical direction and support to team members in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
Monitor system performance and operational metrics providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders regarding system health and improvements.
Engineer and implement innovative solutions to address operational challenges and enhance system performance.
Identify potential risks related to system operations and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Develop operational processes and procedures.
Ensure processes and procedures are welldocumented.
Lead the response to operational incidents coordinating with the service desk system administrators and development teams to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
Foster a collaborative team environment providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members on best practices in operations and system management.
