Job Summary

The BWH Workforce Development (WFD) SUCCESS Program is a paid employment program designed to give participants who have completed a preemployment program and/or who come highly recommended by a community partner seeking an opportunity to obtain permanent employment with Mass General Brigham at Brigham and Womens Hospital.


Qualifications

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties under moderate supervision with intermediate to advanced proficiency in the skills outlined on the relevant job description
  • Attend to other duties (outside of job description) as requested
  • Assist with special projects as directed
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines for the management of patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Follow hospital and department procedures guidelines and policies
  • Adapt/respond to diverse situations and people appropriately

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred not required
  • Must be 18years old or older
  • Must read speak and understand English
  • Ability to multitask prioritize manage time effectively and strong customer service skills
