Job Summary
The BWH Workforce Development (WFD) SUCCESS Program is a paid employment program designed to give participants who have completed a preemployment program and/or who come highly recommended by a community partner seeking an opportunity to obtain permanent employment with Mass General Brigham at Brigham and Womens Hospital.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform duties under moderate supervision with intermediate to advanced proficiency in the skills outlined on the relevant job description
- Attend to other duties (outside of job description) as requested
- Assist with special projects as directed
- Follow HIPAA guidelines for the management of patient privacy and confidentiality
- Follow hospital and department procedures guidelines and policies
- Adapt/respond to diverse situations and people appropriately
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred not required
- Must be 18years old or older
- Must read speak and understand English
- Ability to multitask prioritize manage time effectively and strong customer service skills
