About the role

As aCRM & Sales Operations Intern at Amenitiz youll join our Operations team with a focus on supporting Sales Ops initiatives. Youll help structure and clean our CRM assist with sales process improvements and contribute to automation and reporting projects. This is a handson fulltime onsite internship in Barcelona perfect for someone who enjoys working with data solving problems and improving how teams operate.

Your mission

  • CRM Maintenance & Optimization: Clean structure and manage data in HubSpot to support Sales efficiency.
  • Operational Support: Handle daytoday requests through our internal ticketing system and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Workflow & Process Improvement: Map document and help streamline sales workflows to increase speed and clarity across teams.
  • Reporting & Data Projects: Assist in building dashboards and reports using Sheets SQL and HubSpot to support decisionmaking.
  • Automation & Tool Consolidation: Support migration of manual processes into automated workflows within our core systems.
  • Youre eager to learn and grow with a strong interest in sales/marketing operations and datadriven strategies.

About you:

  • You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to identify trends and improvements.
  • Proficient in Excel (or Google Sheets) and familiar with data analysis basics.
  • A clear and confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • You bring a proactive cando attitude and love finding solutions.
  • Youre able to provide a valid internship agreement from your university.
  • You have the necessary documentation to work fulltime (40h/week) in Spain.
  • Bonus: Any experience with HubSpot SQL or Python or motivation to learn.

What you will learn:

  • Advanced use of HubSpot CRM and automation workflows.
  • Practical skills in SQL Python and scalable reporting in Google Sheets.
  • Exposure to Sales Operations pipeline management and RevOps best practices.
  • How fastgrowing SaaS companies scale efficiently through data and systems.

Requirements

  • Internship agreement provided by your University
  • Documentation allowing you to work in Spain fulltime (40h/week)
  • Start date 15 of June
