Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will support the full recruitment process helping to source and hire talent for technical and commercial roles at various levels from junior to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with our Heads of Discipline to build crossfunctional teams.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and offering guidance on hiring best practices.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and workforce planning teams to align hiring efforts with business goals.
  • Assisting in ensuring recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall candidate experience.

This is an individual contributor role and does not involve managing a team.

Recruitment Life Cycle:

  • Job posting creation and distribution.
  • Identifying and sourcing candidate profiles against position requirements.
  • Creating and maintaining a pipeline of external applicants sourced profiles referrals and internal applicants in the ATS.
  • Prescreening and/or interviewing candidates for essential requirements.
  • Scheduling interviews for interviewers and hiring managers.
  • Obtaining approvals for offers presenting verbal offers and negotiating compensation.
  • Supporting HR teams with required documentation for employment contracts onboarding or related items as needed.
  • Providing a positive candidate experience and representing Endava as a top employer.

Stakeholder Advisory:

  • Partner with leadership to refine talent acquisition strategies.
  • Implement new approaches backed by data.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on new global TA approaches for specific business areas.

Systems and Operational Excellence:

  • Able to assist with unlocking value from new features within our ATS
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies.
  • Advocate for operational excellence.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years recruitment experience.
  • Managed endtoend recruitment.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for diverse roles through various channels.
  • Indepth understanding of IT functions.
  • Tailored recruitment strategies to support local market needs.
  • Partnered with senior stakeholders.
  • Advised on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Proficient in using an ATS and HRIS system.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and market trends.
  • Aligns with company values and fosters collaboration.
  • Strong English language proficiency written and verbal.

Desirable Attributes 

  • Eager to support hiring across the wider APAC region.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS best practices.
  • A point about keeping informed of tech news industry trends and market insights to help guide stakeholders with their hiring strategies etc.
