Job Description

As part of Creative Partnerships at NBCU the Marketing Team collaborates creates connects and curates solutions across NBCU networks and platforms on behalf of advertising partners to generate revenue for our company and business results for our partners. Our marketing and creative offerings span from local to global networks and platforms within the Broadcast Lifestyle News Sports and Hispanic networks Local Global Strategic Partnerships Universal Pictures Parks and Comcast. Reporting to the Senior Vice President Ad Sales Marketing this individual will contribute to the development and implementation of full funnel marketing strategies and creative solutions for brand partners informed by consumer cultural category and client insights.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ideate and lead cross portfolio marketing strategies for agencyspecific advertising partners
  • Provide white glove marketing service for designated agency Sales portals and clients
  • Seniorlevel voice for crossportfolio vetting internal buyins and consensus building across crossfunctional teams including Sales Client Strategy Development Creative Legal Research etc.
  • Exhibiting leadership:
    • Championing a One Platform Future: Lead the team towards positive outcomes for the larger organization rather than individual team goals through smart purposeful full funnel solutions that bring together the entire suite of Comcast and NBCU capabilities
    • Embracing a Creative Partnerships One Team Philosophy: Inspire trust and transparency. Encourage a one team philosophy across multiple functions of the Creative Partnerships team actioned through collaboration communication and the spirit of partnership
    • Developing and Fostering Relationships: Cultivate relationships with people across functions and locations in addition to external constituents including Brands Planning Agencies Creative and content agencies vendors by representing firstinclass marketing and creative solutions that generate results
    • Driving Innovation: Be a student of industry trends new technology and innovative products that help us continuously raise the bar and drive growth in the priority lines of the business

    • Developing and retaining A Players: Strong track record for training leading and empowering dynamic teams. Facilitate a culture of leadership at all levels with constant education collaboration and communication

  • Delivering Work with Excellence:
    • Leading Marketing Strategy: Liaise with NBCU sales category strategy insights & measurements teams to further define the value proposition of the partnership. Synthesizing brand advertiser client direction sales strategy cultural/market trends and consumer insights into compelling strategic platform that focus thinking and spark creative ideation
    • Presale Process: Attend and lead media/marketing calls with brand advertisers and/or agencies to identify client needs lead internal briefing sessions on crossdisciplinary teams and develop response proposals ensuring content ideas are purposeful onbrand and onstrategy
    • Postsale Process: Ensure Flawless to drive continued leadership position in the marketplace and increased client renewal. Oversee the team during the of multiplatform campaign packages sold to brand advertisers by serving as a centralized point of contact and ensuring that all stakeholders are consistently informed and adhering to terms of the deal
    • Liaising with Creative & Development Teams: To support Programming/Network priorities as well as build processes that ensure the best ideas are story told in a purposeful way that is customercentered and leads to conversion
    • Stellar Storytelling: weaving insights and ideas into compelling and cohesive stories using PowerPoint and other visual design applicants and storytelling tools. Pitching strategies and creative concepts in toptotop client meetings.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in marketing from client or agency
  • Proven experience working with planning agencies brand advertisers in TV and digital; demonstrated ability to provide categoryspecific knowledge and experience to develop holistic solutions that generate revenue and ROI for brands

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime
  • Must be willing to work in New York NY
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Salary range: $185000 $235000 (SIC and longterm incentive eligible)
