Job Description
Job Title: QA Automation Tester (Selenium)
Location: Minneapolis MN Hybrid
Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Develop maintain and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java / Python / C#.
Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed comprehensive and wellstructured test plans and test cases.
Identify log and track defects using bug tracking tools like JIRA Azure DevOps or Bugzilla.
Perform regression functional UI and smoke testing across multiple browsers and platforms.
Work closely with developers to understand new features and validate them through automated testing.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning standups and retrospectives.
Maintain and improve the automation framework for scalability and maintainability.
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
2 years of experience in QA automation using Selenium WebDriver.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages used in Selenium testing (Java Python or C#.
Solid understanding of test automation frameworks (e.g. TestNG JUnit NUnit).
Experience with version control tools (e.g. Git).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
