Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented and collaborative HR Analyst for a 6month contract to support the HR team on a range of highimpact projects. This role will focus on data analysis reporting and process improvement initiatives that drive better decisionmaking and enhance the employee lifecycle. Note: This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the office in Bryant Park.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with and support HR Business Partners and the business units.
  • Support project initiatives within talent acquisition and learning and development space.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and summaries for leadership reviews.
  • Document processes and contribute to knowledgesharing efforts.
  • Audit and/or support people analytics through reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams.
  • Experience working on HRrelated projects or process improvement initiatives preferred.
  • Must be able to work 4 days in the office in Bryant Park.
