Key Responsibilities:
- Administer daytoday HR operations policies and procedures.
- Process and review biweekly payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal state and local laws. Maintain employee records and HRIS data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts: job fairs post job openings screen resumes schedule interviews and assist with onboarding.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on Benefits HR policies procedures and employee relations issues.
- Support benefits administration including enrollment changes and employee inquiries.
- Assist with performance review processes and training & development programs.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations.
- Participate and contribute in HR projects such as employee engagement DEI wellness initiatives and internal communications.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 25 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Knowledge of employment/labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
