Senior Operator for Distillation Unit

Hiring: Senior Operator, Phenol & Solvent Distillation Column - Prakrati Oils

Location: Ghiloth Industrial Area, Neemrana, Rajasthan

Experience: Minimum 8 years in distillation plant operations

Joining: Immediate preferred

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Operator to lead operations of our fractional distillation column used for separating Phenol and other solvents. The role requires deep process knowledge and independent handling of shift operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor distillation batches: charging, reflux control, cut timing, vacuum system

Ensure target purity levels; coordinate with QC for GC testing

Supervise 2 3 helpers and junior operators during shifts

Maintain daily logbooks, tank records, and batch sheets

Ensure plant safety and respond to operational issues in real time

Requirements:

8+ years of hands-on experience in solvent distillation setups

Strong understanding of fractional distillation, vacuum pumps, condensers and other related equipment

No strict education criteria experience is key

Attention to detail; able to maintain records
