Remote Customer Support French Speaker Based in Greece Immediate Start
Are you a French speaker currently living in Greece and looking for a remote opportunity We are hiring immediately for a customer support role with full training and equipment provided.
Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote (must be based in Greece)
Start Date: Immediate
Language Requirements: Fluent in French (B2/C1 basic English
Contract Type: Fulltime permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality customer service in French via phone email and chat
- Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain company standards
Candidate Profile:
- You reside in Greece (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French
- Good problemsolving and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required
