Why Homeowner Marketing at Vacasa

The Inbound Sales Development Rep (SDR) team bridges the gap between sales and marketing. If you enjoy storytelling and learning about other people this could be an opportunity for you. What were looking for

We are looking for a determined adaptable team player to join us. When a homeowner inquires with Vacasa we respond fast. Inbound SDRs at Vacasa are expected to deliver world class lead engagement through call email and text. They hold regular discovery calls throughout the day which involve qualifying leads while simultaneously getting owners excited about the opportunity to have Vacasa manage their home. This involves asking specific strategic questions to uncover important information while presenting an accurate view of how Vacasa can assist each the team is not responding to or nurturing new inquiries they reengage former inquiries.

Schedule will be 7am 4pm PST Thursday Monday with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.

This position in 100% remote. Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states:AK AL AZ CA CO DE FL GA HI ID IL IN LA MA MD ME MI MN MO MT NC NH NJ NM NV OH OK OR PA RI SC SD TN TX UT VA VT WA WI or WY

What youll do

  • Promptly answer all inquiries via phone/web
  • Ensure information added to our CRM software is accurate and uptodate on a daily basis
  • Create a positive customer experience while representing Vacasa in a professional and courteous manner
  • Discuss educate and get potential new customers excited about Vacasa
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with field sales executives management and your colleagues
  • Keep uptodate on product knowledge industry information and competitive landscape
  • Gather as much information as possible during the initial call to move the prospect along in the sales process
  • Protect all customer information in a professional and confidential manner

Skills youll need

  • 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development
  • Techsavvy both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about basic and advanced technology
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Effective time management
  • Strong active listener
  • Patience reliability and professionalism
  • Selfmotivated and takes initiative
  • Upbeat attitude and high level of energy
  • Team player
  • Ability to brush off rejection

Compensation:

  • $18.75 / hour plus inbound compensation plan. Actual pay will vary based on a candidates skill experience education and/or location.
  • Annual OTE of $62000
