Job Description
At New Wire Marine we build awesome custom dash panels for boats. Our manufacturing process balances oneoff creative projects with repeat OEM production. As a growing fastpaced manufacturing company were seeking a Human Resources Manager who is passionate about fostering a positive efficient and peoplefirst workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage fullcycle recruiting onboarding and orientation
- Develop and maintain job descriptions organizational charts and career paths
- Manage employee relations conflict resolution and performance management processes
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration (experience with Gusto a plus)
- Maintain compliance with federal state and local employment laws
- Support managers with coaching training and documentation needs
- Spearhead employee engagement initiatives recognition programs and team events
- Maintain HR records and metrics for reporting and process improvement
- Partner with leadership on organizational structure hiring plans and culture initiatives
- Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of progressive HR experience (manufacturing or similar industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR practices employment laws and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problemsolving skills
- Confident communicator who is approachable empathetic and proactive
- Handson proactive approach with the ability to roll up your sleeves
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while remaining professional and approachable
- Experience managing payroll benefits administration and HR systems (Gusto When I Work or similar)
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred
