What were looking for:
We are looking for an Assembler I who will be responsible for working cooperatively as part of a production team to manufacture and assembles complete refrigeration cases or partial subassemblies including tanks canopies base frames hardware kits plenums or other parts as assigned
What youll be responsible for in this role:
Read and comprehend an A order
Responsible for the assembly or production of component parts into completed subassemblies assemblies or completed units adhering to the assembly work order/standard work instructions.
Inspects parts or completed units by using visual inspection gages tape measures check fixtures calipers or other inspection equipment.
Perform end of line product checks and/or repairs
Read rulers tape measures metal squares and other measuring instruments.
Fasten parts together with bolts screws speed clips rivets or fasteners using hand or power tools.
Notifies / communicates with assemblers leads and supervisors or upstream changes to ensure products are to specification.
Works at different work stations as production needs require
Makes recommendations for inline and subsequent checks to increase first pass yield
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
What are the basic qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
25 years of production assembly work
Previous manufacturing experience

Ability to read and understand all job specifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical aids on a recurring basis
May be required to perform specific tasks that involve standing bending lifting pushing pulling squatting or kneeling for long periods of time
