Job Description
Overview
MedOne Healthcare Partners offers an immersive opportunity for nurse practitioners and physician assistants seeking additional education and indepth knowledge of postacute care. MedOnes Advanced Practice Clinician PostAcute Fellowship is a 69month program of handson clinical training and didactic education with our expert postacute providers.
Program Curriculum
Clinical training: 69 months of oneonone training with our expert postacute providers
Didactic education: weekly lectures with our dedicated fellowship team
Professional development opportunities
Communication development in a clinical setting
Program Eligibility
Postacute care is fastpaced and collaborative so ideal candidates are:
- Highly motivated
- Educationally driven
- Adaptable and agile
- Teamoriented
- Patientcentric
Eligible candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Graduate from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Obtain board certification by appropriate certifying body prior to starting the fellowship program
- Obtain license to practice with prescriptive authority in the State of Ohio
- BLS/ACLS certified

- Unofficial graduate school transcript
- List of 3 professional references:
- NEW GRADUATES: One must be from graduate program director
- IF PRIOR APP EXPERIENCE: One must be from your most recent collaborating physician
