Were looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to join an early stage tech start up. This team is looking for someone to revamp processes and make things more streamlined.To be successful in this role you are comfortable with autonomy and will demonstrate solid leadership skills. You exhibit a strong business acumen as well as display a commitment to productivity. The perfect candidate will be an executionoriented individual with an excellent work ethic and rocksolid judgement; a skilled multitasker who can triage as needed.
The Role: Operations Manager
The City: Miami FL (Remote ET time zone)
The Money: $Bonus

The Ideal Candidate: Fastpaced. Gritty. Crisp communicator. Executor.
The DaytoDay:
- Design implement and streamline company procedures and revamp existing processes
- Project Management
- Collaborate cross function across different departments to facilitate operational flow
- Prepare reports spreadsheets and briefing notes for the company
