The Senior Lead PLM Developer role involves developing and configuring applications offering daily support and systems administration to users for operational issues. It also includes managing PLM Configuration as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop Process Extensions Webservices for various business needs.
- Create modify and evaluate workflows reusable criteria privilege masks user groups roles and business forms.
- Partner with Business users and Change Management Teams on governance support & project activities.
- Identify new areas on an ongoing basis where PLM solution can be leveraged or current solutions enhanced.
- Perform testing as needed for new applications or in response to internal requests and maintain documentation.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Help manage patches upgrades and addons.
- Address user issues/concerns in a professional/timely manner and ensure enduser satisfaction.
- Debug and resolve system errors.
- Manage user requests using the IT helpdesk system.
- Ensure business processes are followed when administering.
- Test new features and modules and facilitate completion of user acceptance testing (UAT).
Qualifications
- 1215 years of experience in any of the PLM tools like Teamcenter Oracle Agile PLM SAP PLM etc.
- Solid Knowledge of PLM configuration Criteria Roles User Groups Privileges and Administration.
- Deep understanding of Customization (SDK PX development Web Services ACS ACP Events).
- Strong Knowledge in Java/Groovy Scripting.
- Strong in Java to create custom solutions.
- Good knowledge of Parts and its attributes with Bill of Material (BOM) concepts.
- Good understanding of configuration management concepts such as product hierarchy part number systems change orders AMLs.
- Understanding of PLM integration with OracleEBS or other downstream systems.
- Provide support for system issues to determine whether the issue is with people process or technology.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision in a multicultural and multigeographical environment.
- Good team player who can mentor the junior resources on the technical implementations.
- Excellent listening interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Able to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Good analytical skills work accuracy and completeness are critical.
Experience and/or Education Qualification:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science information systems or demonstrated equivalent education and relevant work experience.
- 1215 years experience with PLM administration / configuration
- Good understanding of PLM tools like Teamcenter Oracle Agile PLM SAP PLM etc.
- Good understanding of configuration management concepts such as product hierarchy part number systems change orders AMLs.
- Good analytical skills work accuracy and completeness are critical.
- The ability to write and troubleshoot Groovy script is a plus.
- Ability to handle the projects efficiently and deliver the results with minimum supervision
- Ability to mentor and guide team members technically.
Computer Skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
- Familiar with MS Project.
- Familiar with operating systems such as Linux RedHat Windows etc.
