About the role
As the General Manager of one of our flagship stores you will use your experience to lead your team to land the commercial plan in one of our biggest businesses whilst delivering a great customer and patient experience.
Our flagship stores have a broad customer offering across retail and pharmacy. With your expert leadership and passion you will help the business to grow and change for the better. With a leadership team in your store to support you you will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform. You will connect with your community and the wider business to develop and deliver a focused store specific strategy optimising patient care and profitability.
You will work report to the Area Manager and work collaboratively with the regional team Support Office and your Store Leaders to turn your vision into action.
What youll need to have
