Job Description
We are looking for handson Manager with experience implementing Tools and Processes in areas of Platform Infrastructure Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Lead Omnicell India Platform Infrastructure Team
- As a handson manager provide technical leadership to ensure timely delivery of Platform Infrastructure projects.
- Implement necessary processes to effectively support Omnicell Cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with leaders of broader Platform Infrastructure team leaders internal customers and crossfunctional teams
- Provide employee development team building coaching and mentoring.
- Aid in the recruiting of future Omnicell engineers.
- Implement the key corporate values of customer focus accountability performance and integrity.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Good knowledge and architectural proficiency building infrastructure using AWS.
- Experience maintaining platforms hosted in Kubernetes centric infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of Containerization.
- Good knowledge of Infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform.
- Familiar with cloud cost management.
- In depth experience with one or more tools: kafka nifi Elastic Search PostgreSQL
- Understanding of GitOps concepts and tools such as ArgoCD.
- Linux administration

10 years of experience in software or cloud infrastructure engineering
