Head Chef Modern Chinese Restaurant Manchester
Location: Manchester UK
Sponsorship: Skilled Worker visa available (UKbased candidates only)

What youll be doing:
- Leading a large talented kitchen team and overseeing all operations
- Driving culinary standards across dim sum wok and modern Chinese fine dining
- Working closely with senior management to develop and launch new seasonal menus
- Upholding strict hygiene safety and kitchen efficiency standards
- Coaching and developing junior chefs to ensure consistency and progression
What youll bring:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a highquality Chinese restaurant
- Deep knowledge of Chinese Wok cookery
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A calm and organised approach under pressure
- You must already be based in the UK
- English level B1 or above for Skilled Worker visa requirements
