Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy that integrates seamlessly with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Team Leadership:
- Lead mentor and inspire a highperforming digital marketing team fostering collaboration and a resultsdriven culture.
- Provide strategic direction guidance and support to team members.
Digital Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns across various channels including but not limited to SEO SEM social media email and content marketing.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and consistently reflect the companys values.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track measure and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular actionable insights to leadership and relevant stakeholders making datadriven recommendations for optimization.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor spending and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives within budget constraints.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product development sales and customer support to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies.
