Are you ready to take your career to the next level We are seeking enthusiastic Croatian and
Serbian speakers to join our Customer Sales and Support team in Paphos. No experience is
required as we provide comprehensive onsite training.

Your Role:
As a Customer Sales and Support Agent your typical duties will include:
Assisting customers via phone email and chat
Providing detailed product information and resolving customer issues
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals

Working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional additional hours
during peak seasons

Selection Process:
This is a relocation job position and we are looking for candidates who meet the following
requirements:
Secondary education with a schoolleaving examination
Followup or higher professional education
Proficiency in one of the following languages:
Czech: Advanced (C1
Slovak: Advanced (C1
