Design and implement wireless network infrastructure for clients including access points controllers and network switches
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to wireless connectivity performance and security
Conduct site surveys and perform network capacity planning to ensure optimal network performance
Collaborate with clients to understand their network requirements and provide customized solutions
Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements
Stay updated with the latest wireless network technologies and trends
Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams
Train and mentor junior engineers on wireless network technologies and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing implementing and maintaining wireless networks
Strong knowledge of wireless network protocols such as 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax
Experience with wireless network equipment from vendors such as Cisco Aruba and Ruckus
Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Certifications such as CCNA Wireless or CWNA are a plus
