Job Description Summary
Responsible to develop and maintain integrated L2/L3 project schedules for a medium portfolio of projects to support project reporting and on time delivery analysis which complies with Customer requirements and adheres to internal processes and standards.
Responsible to support continuous improvement of Equipment Planning processes and developing/maintaining KPIs (on time delivery key milestones key commodities say/do ratio physical progress schedule quality etc.) & critical path analysis for complex EO & EEP projects or TK Projects where partner is leader.
Job Description
ITO OTR Handover
- ITO to OTR handover meeting to receive L1 bid schedule and contract details.
- Understand and Confirm ITO assumptions & risk summary is clearly understood provided during ITO/OTR handoff.
- Attend CKOM & followup on open action items from the CKOM related to schedule execution
- Attends release meetings led by ITO to understand project scope ITO assumptions and contribute to Delivery Matrix development.
- Support development of the Commitment Meeting file based on functional inputs project requirements and contract requirements.
- Support the Commitment Meeting with functional owners to resolve initial schedule disconnects and reach agreement on the project baseline.
Baseline Schedule / KPIs Development
- Set up integrated project schedule (including L3/L2 and S curves) baseline working with internal GEV team and in alignment with Global Project Control Planning and Scheduling processes.
Project Schedule Maintenance
- Ensures schedules accurately reflect project scope and execution strategy.
- Continuously monitors project on time delivery performance to ensure knowledge of main issues and how issues are being mitigated.
- Proactively monitors project schedule to highlight slippages inaccurate data causing erroneous forecasts/reporting and identifies corrective actions and action owner to resolve issues.
- Update L2/L3 project schedule based on inputs from GEV team.
- Perform schedule analysis on monthly basis to identify the critical impacts and provide the mitigations suggestions.
- Ensure WIPT is updated monthly
- Works with project team to identify mitigation strategies and ensure strategies are reflected in project schedule.
- Escalates critical project issues to the internal project manager and project team.
- Ensures reports for other functions and customers accurately reflect status of project equipment and provide to customer and business reporting.
- Communicates to functions impact of execution strategy changes and resulting changes to required dates.
- Acts as a resource for project team members and supports with data analysis and root causes of schedule variances.
- Uses some judgement and has some ability to propose different solutions to address more complicated project scenarios.
- Perform the critical path analysis for deliverables and ensure no impact to contract dates.
- Claims (EOT etc.); perform delay analysis to support extension of time and cost claims.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma.
- 5 years Experience in Project Control Planning & Scheduling function within an EPC environment including execution of several projects with significant site exposure
- Knowledge in of power plant principles and work processes of EPC environments.
- Expertise of Primavera P6 (with resources loaded schedules).

The base pay range for this position is 100000..00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible fora 10% bonus.
