Job Description
We are looking for an AI Software Developer to join our growing technology team within a missiondriven nonprofit. This role will focus on developing integrating and optimizing AI systems to enhance organizational processes and data insights.
The ideal candidate has handson experience with AI tools and frameworks software development best practices and a passion for leveraging technology to support impactful initiatives. Youll work in a collaborative environment where innovation is valued and professional growth is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement AIbased software solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess needs and deliver effective AI tools
- Maintain and optimize existing systems
- Stay current with trends and developments in AI and machine learning
- Ensure project deliverables meet requirements and timelines
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python JavaScript or similar
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch)
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Passion for technology in a nonprofit missionfocused setting
Location: Fulltime onsite in Lakewood NJ
Salary: $58000$85000
