Job Description
The Math teacher will serve as a fulltime teacher in our PreK3 through 8th grade Catholic School. The teacher is responsible for planning and implementing standard based lessons as prescribed by the Archdiocese of Baltimore. This is a fulltime benefiteligible 10month teaching position.
Essential Functions
- Maintain high professional standards consistent with the Catholic mission of the school.
- Plan and deliver engaging daily lessons for elementaryage students. Monitor and evaluate student outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
- Strive to meet the needs interests and abilities of every student.
- Integrate technology into the classroom.
- Communicate effectively with parents responding to inquiries in an empathetic and timely manner.
- Collaborate with school administrators teacher parents and community member in educating students.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Elementary Education or related field.
- Current or pending MSDE certification.
- Experience in a Catholic school preferred but not required.
Range: $45000 $55000 Annualized
