Job Description
Anderson Ford in Grand Island NE is searching for an Lead Detailer to join our shop! We are looking for that driven and detail orientated person. RESPONSIBILITIES OF LEAD DETAILERS:
- Wash wax and buff the vehicle
- Clean interior and exterior windows
- Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle
- Clean engine and engine compartment
- Apply dressing on tires and tire wells
- Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles
- Guide a team to meet metrics each month
- Train new detail personnel
- Point of contact for detail department
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a good driving record
- 23 years experience in detail
