The Performance Consultant is responsible for the overall effectiveness of learning and development services and products for Workplace Investing associates. This individual will energize people about the vision by instilling a sense of purpose and confidence that they will succeed. The performance consultant will analyze and identify problems that can be solved by training and ensure that they are aligned with the organizational training strategy.

We provide customized learning and development experiences for our associates to be more productive and evolve their skills and careers within a diverse expansive and accessible environment.

Deliver training solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Strong understanding of adult learning methods and consulting skills.
Manage business partner relationships to drive collaboration.
Ability to think critically work collaboratively with others and communicate effectively to influence senior leaders and drive organization success.
Proficiency in establishing guidelines for monitoring and reporting on learning programs using datadriven decisionmaking to measure and communicate the business impact of learning initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems creatively and effectively providing innovative solutions that address organizational challenges.
Fidelitys hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days MF) in a Fidelity office.
