About the Role

We are looking for a strategic peoplefocused Sr People Programs Manager to lead and scale key people initiatives that enhance the employee experience drive organizational effectiveness and support business outcomes. In this role youll partner with leaders across the business to shape learning and development programs support career growth and enhance organizational effectiveness.

What Youll Do

  • Design implement and manage highimpact people programs aligned to company goals and employee needs
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with People Success Business Partners and business leaders to ensure seamless program execution and change adoption
  • Develop and manage project plans communications timelines and success metrics for people initiatives
  • Develop tools and resources that support career progression mentoring and internal mobility
  • Identify and scale best practices across talent development recognition wellbeing and culturebuilding efforts
  • Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to iterate and improve programs based on data and insights
  • Track key Peoplemetrics and deliver reporting on program effectiveness and business impact
  • Support implementation of training programs via Learning Management Systems (LMS) and use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate or similar
  • Oversee the design development and deployment of learning solutions including eLearning instructorled training (ILT) blended learning and onthejob training

About You

  • 6 years of experience in People Development Organizational Development or related HR roles
  • Bachelors degree in instructional design educational technology or related field of study; or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience designing and delivering development programs in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory instructional design and leadership development frameworks
  • Skilled in facilitation coaching and change management
  • Experience using learning technologies (LMS elearning tools etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Have a deep understanding of learning technologies including eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems
  • Some project management experience in a learning & development function is preferred
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Team player willing to adapt based on business needs

Bonus points if you have:

  • Coaching certification or formal training
  • Certified in Gallup Strengths Finder
  • Graphic design or video editing experience

We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are inoffice Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Compensation
The target base salary range for this position position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance employee performance and eligible earnings)equityand benefits. Our salary ranges other compensation and benefits offeredare determined by role experience level and location.
