Senior Manager FP&A (Pricing)

Job requirements
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Masters degree in Business Finance CA CA(Inter) CFA ICWA 8 years experience in responding to RFP.
- Must have worked in IT services pricing Proficiency in data analysis financial modeling and pricing tools. Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
1.Pricing Modeling: Build and maintain pricing models to evaluate various pricing scenarios and their impact on revenue and profitability. Utilize data analysis and financial modeling to make datadriven pricing decisions.
2.Price Optimization: Continuously optimize pricing structures and product/package pricing to enhance revenue and market share. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with product and sales strategies.
3.Cost Analysis: Analyze cost structures and their impact on pricing decisions. Work with the procurement and finance teams to control costs and maximize profit margins.
4.Discount and Promotion Management: Develop and manage discount and promotion strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition. Monitor the effectiveness of discount programs and adjust as needed.
5.Price Communication: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to effectively communicate pricing changes to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure consistent and clear pricing messaging across all channels.
6.Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about pricing regulations industry standards and legal requirements. Ensure that all pricing strategies and practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
7.Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on pricing performance market analysis and profitability. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
