Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Lead with expertise in Material Management (MM) Sales and Distribution (SD) Finance (FI) and Production Planning (PP) modules.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP system functionalities configurations and integrations along with handson experience in user management role administration and security compliance.
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders managing project phases troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring optimal system performance across various SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design implementation and support of SAP solutions across MM SD FI and PP modules.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations.
Manage user access role assignments and security settings to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Oversee system upgrades patching and performance optimizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues providing support to endusers and training them on system functionalities.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and other enterprise applications.
Maintain documentation for system configurations customizations and best practices.
Drive continuous improvements in SAP processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP functionalities and provide leadership in strategic planning initiatives.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; Identify Interpret Validate and Document Customer Requirements
Carry out implementation and support IT Infra network security solutions and facility management
Change Management
- Facilitate Workshops to collect Business Requirements
- Map client Business Requirements Processes and Objectives; Develops necessary Product Modifications to satisfy business needs.
- Identify Gaps Issues and WorkAround solutions.
- Act as Liaison with Client for Troubleshooting: Investigate Analyse and Solve Software problems.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
- Document Functional Designs Test cases and Results.
- Proactively Identify and Propose Business Process and/or System Enhancements
- Liaise with consulting partner for CR enhancements and project. Review and negotiate estimates project plans etc. Review issue tracker WSR functional specs technical specs unit test results bug trackers coordinate for UAT track and resolve UAT test results transports etc.
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team or partner teams.
- Carry out DR drills as per company policy ensure back up and restoration drills performed as per schedule sign off from business on DR and recovery drills.
- Provide adhoc training and user support as required
- Work SelfDirected and Independently; may act as Subject Matter Mentor
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Ability to work in a team environment effectively interacting with others
- Must be results oriented and demonstrate adaptability flexibility and resourcefulness
- Knowledge of S4Hana is must
- Knowledge of SUSE Linux patch management installation will be added advantage
Qualifications & Skills
BE or Equivalent MBA or equivalent
Position will be reporting to CIO / Director
8 years relevant experience (Minimum of 5 years of Functional Experience in Production Operations in a manufacturing Industry preferably plastic Industry).
Post Functional Experience minimum 2 SAP End to End Implementation Experience in large Manufacturing Industries in Designing and Configuring one or more of PP/FI/MM/SD Modules including the key Integration Points between the other SAP modules. (Additional 3 years of experience as SAP Support Executive preferably in a Consulting firm)
Minimum 2 years experience of IT infra NW topology and security solutions
Must be results oriented and demonstrate adaptability flexibility and resourcefulness.
Selfstart individual to learn new skills on IT Infra security solution with go getter in critical situation to ensure business continuity.
