As a Clinical Operations Trainer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clinical services meet the highest standards of quality and care. This role is integral to our mission as it involves designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our clinical operations team ensuring they can provide exceptional service to our customers. You will be part of a global team working closely with various stakeholders to achieve our business outcomes and uphold our commitment to excellence.

How youll help us make health happen:

  • Deliver expertlevel learning across the entire learning cycle from scope to evaluation.
  • Manage the delivery of training programs and act as an internal consultant partnering with stakeholders to ensure learning outcomes are met.
  • Design and deliver highquality learning materials applying uptodate learning theories and considering individual learning styles.
  • Utilize blended learning solutions collaborating with the Clinical Operations Governance Manager QA team and other key stakeholders.
  • Establish clear evaluation criteria and learning outcomes for training interventions.
  • Produce and present reports highlighting achievements and risks.
  • Address performance conduct and attendance issues during training engaging line management when necessary.
  • Collect and analyse feedback to continuously improve learning interventions.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • A degree in medicine or equivalent with 5 years clinical and 3 years insurance industry experience is preferred
  • Experience in training operational teams particularly in a global market is essential
  • Experience in creating and maintaining a suite of training materials is essential
  • Experience working for a global insurer in the healthcare sector is essential
  • Strong numerical skills and ability to produce financial reconciliations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving targets with high quality
  • The ability to liaise with various teams and management levels
  • Adaptable to new skills changing practices and environments
  • Empathetic towards customers while maintaining professionalism
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Confident with good influencing and appropriate challenging skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint Excel and Word
