Parker Stewart is looking for Electrical Project Manager for aData Centre ProjectinEurope.
The successfulElectrical Project Managerwill work in conjunction with the Lead and will be responsible for the successful delivery of the projects electrical scope.

The successfulElectrical Project Managerwill work in conjunction with the Lead and will be responsible for the successful delivery of the projects electrical scope.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement performance delivery and quality control criteria to meet construction and client requirements.
- Oversee resource planning including labour materials subcontractors and scheduling ensuring timely delivery of construction milestones.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure successful project delivery and potential future opportunities.
- Lead site safety and quality initiatives in adherence to all safety standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and manage site operations including procurement contract management and preparation of project documentation
- A Degree in Engineering (preferably electrical) or Construction Management. Or relevant Trade qualifications.
- 5 Years experience in Project Management.
- Large scale Industrial project experience would be essential (Data Centre beneficial)
- A proven track record in customer relationship development.
- IT Skills Microsoft Office SAP Eida Procore BIM 360
Benefits:
- Salary 120000 to 135000 DOE
- Generous living away allowance paid for by the company in addition to salary.
- Accommodation and utility bills provided.
- 23 Days annual leave
- Fortnightly return flights
