We operate 22 residential aged care villages 21 retirement villages and a range of home and community services across NSW and ACT.
Position Information:
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Lifestyle Supervisor to join RFBI Leeton Masonic Village. Within this dynamic role you will work within a passionate team to get to know our residents interests and tailor activities to suit their physical social and recreational wants and needs.
About the role:
- Analyse group recreational therapy needs
- Understand residents individual interests
- Evaluate and implement activities that align with their wants and needs
- Preparing and distributing the monthly village activities calendar
- Coordinating and supporting the activities of volunteers
What you need to be successful:
- A Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
- A genuine interest in and commitment to caring for older Australians
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role ensuring the highest standard of care for residents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
